Method of Bhastrika Pranayama-

Sit in any quiet environment. Sit in any convenient posture like Siddhasan, Vajrasana or Padmasana.

Take breath twice and breathe fast 10 times with both nostrils. Keep counting in value.
Breathe slowly and deeply through both the nose.
